The five-party respect principle
Every mechanism (visas, trade corridors, integration, brain circulation) is judged by whether it leaves five groups better off, or at least not worse off, in ways they can recognise. Host, Talent and Sponsor are action paths; they do not replace the five parties who must benefit.
Purpose
